A middle-class couple finds their serene yet banal life suddenly upended with the intrusion of a troubled new neighbor in this dystopian drama based on a novel by John Cheever and set against the 2005 Paris riots. While coping with their teenage son's depression, Georges (Sergi López) and Helene Clou (Nathalie Richard) are drawn into the uncertain world of the newcomer (Jean-Marc Barr), a disaffected outsider with disturbing plans.
