Madhavan (Madhavan) may be a skilled surgeon, but that doesn't mean he's adept at managing his personal life in this film that centers on the love lives of a group of hospital employees. Wed to music lover Simi (Simran), Madhavan is living the good life -- until an old flame shows up with his child. First, his wife divorces him, and then she decides to get even (by marrying a dancer) when she learns a nurse is smitten with her ex.
