Passion of the Priest

A young priest (John Michie) at the beginning of what he hopes will be a rewarding life of service finds his belief in God and everything he knows shaken after he meets a single mother (Rhona Mitra) and a flirtatious widow (Paula Hamilton). Soon, he's questioning the church in print and winds up banished. In no time at all, he ends up writing for the editor (Martin Kemp) of an edgy publication, where he ends up penning controversial columns.
