When the traveling circus comes to town, misbehaving Billy (Tommy Kelly) and a bunch of his mischievous neighborhood pals stop by for a visit and get into loads of trouble with the circus promoter, a female lion-tamer and others. Featuring plenty of slapstick and vaudeville humor, this classic comedy based on George W. Peck's novels also stars Ann Gillis, Edgar Kennedy, Benita Hume and George "Spanky" McFarland.
