Small-time crook Pedro (Pedro Infante) decides to quit his criminal ways and pursue a legitimate job as a salesman. Even though he soon finds himself wildly successful with lots of money and a beautiful woman, he just can't resist pulling off one more heist. Pedro's old buddies persuade him to take part in a risky drug robbery, a scheme that could jeopardize everything he's worked to achieve in his new life.
