After claiming the crown in her hometown's "Miss Soy Sauce" beauty contest, unassuming cleaning lady Pilar (Maricel Soriano) uses her grand prize trip to the United States to search for her long-lost sister. Maryo J. De los Reyes directs this fish-out-of-water comedy that also stars Lovella De Cordova, Mitch Valdez, Joey de Leon, Katy de la Cruz, and Gabby Concepcion as good-hearted, handsome stranger Pepe.
