This crime thriller adapted from Santiago Gamboa's best-seller exposes Colombia's rampant corruption. When a decaying corpse is found near Bogotá, boozy newshound Victor Silanpa (Daniel Giménez Cacho) and office clerk Emir Estupiñán (César Mora) set out to nail the killer. With help from a hooker and a police officer, Victor and Emir uncover a conspiratorial web involving real estate, emerald hunters, the media and politicians, among others.
