Desperate for a place to hide after a botched robbery results in the shooting of a cop, Nick (Christian Solimeno) and Celia (Melinda Y. Cohen) storm into a nearby villa and take its owner, Victor (Billy Zane), hostage. In the midst of a police standoff, Celia makes a grisly discovery, and the two fugitives begin to suspect that their hostage is far more dangerous than anything the authorities might have in store for them.
