This animated tale finds the planet Earth embroiled in chaos and destruction in the year 2040. The mean and menacing Rebecca Madison is hell-bent on ridding the world of its natural gifts and bounties, destroying the resources Mother Nature gave it. Salvation comes in the form of a teenager, Kit Walker, who takes on the secret identity of The Phantom, a superhero who relies on technology to do battle with the nefarious ruler.
