After falling for Gypsy punk musician Eugene Hutz, filmmaker Pavla Fleischer travels with him to his native Ukraine. This documentary charts their journey and Hutz's attempts to reconnect with authentic Gypsy culture. Throughout the course of their road trip, the two confront challenges to their relationship, meet fascinating people and discover the roots of a rich musical tradition.
