At a remote asylum, a secret drug experiment is turning the mental patients into crazed, bloodthirsty ghouls, desperate to take their own lives -- and perhaps a few more. The dangerous situation only gets worse when one patient manages to escape. The horribly deformed lunatic soon stumbles upon a family and begins to stalk them through the woods in this horror film starring Melissa Bacelar and Joshua Nelson.
