When the evil Cobra Khan (Robert Z'Dar) unexpectedly steps out of a comic book and into the real world, he and his band of kung fu thugs begin plotting a sinister plan that will have dire consequences for the environment. The White Dragon (Gary Daniels) is determined to put a stop to Cobra Khan's scheme, but due to an injury, he must pass along this crucial responsibility to his three young students.
