Podhukoddaiyilirundu Saravanan

Saravanan dreams of the day when he'll be able to provide for his family and get them out of the squalid neighborhood in which they live. Eager to get started on his road to success, he takes a job in Singapore. Unfortunately, things don't go as planned, as Saravanan endures some unsettling incidences, ranging from his unsatisfactory housing quarters to a run-in with angry Chinese immigrants, one of which (Peter Heyn) winds up dead.
