Since childhood, Rocky (Gaurav Ghai) was raised to be a policeman by his mother, who was betrayed by Rocky's father, a mob boss. Rocky makes inspector just as the city is under siege by the ruthless Raja Thakur, and he becomes torn between his duty to fight crime and his desire to bring his father to justice. Avtar Gill, Mohan Joshi, Diya Chakraborty and Paresh Rawal co-star.
