Filmmaker Shunya Ito plumbs World War II history to shed light on the events at the Tokyo Tria, when Japanese leaders who ordered the bombing of Pearl Harbor were tried for war crimes. At the center of it all was Hideki Tojo, the patriotic general whose decisions helped establish the strategy of the Japanese army. Joseph Keenen, prosecutor for the Allies, will stop at nothing until Tojo and his officials are made accountable for their actions.
