When Tooru Kouno transfers to an elite boys' boarding school, he's in for a shock. To break up the male monotony, a few students dress as girls at school events -- and he's been chosen to be one of the "princesses" because of his pretty-boy looks. Reluctant at first, Tooru gets to know the other cross-dressers and begins to realize that taking on a gender-bending role offers some solid advantages in this quirky school.
