Based on the popular Jackie Chan movie, this comedic adventure series stars Dicky Cheung (Last Hero in China) as a hapless coast guard officer -- who can't swim -- charged with policing the seas and defeating pirates. Patrick Tam (Beast Cops), pop star Gillian Chung and Liu Yuanyuan also star in the exciting series from creator Jing Wong (the God of Gamblers series).
