Twelve-year-old Tsane (Uros Milovanovic) and his grandfather (Aleksandar Bercek) live on a remote homestead in Serbia. Now that it's time for Tsane to make his way in the world, he travels into town, where he's besieged by an assortment of odd people -- and meets his true love, Jasna (Marija Petronijevic). Award-winning Serbian director Emir Kusturica creates a farcical combination of slapstick and social commentary.
