"Thinning the herd" takes on a new meaning when human lives are at stake in this prison thriller. William Conroy (Rob Lowe) is a prison inmate who knows too much when the inmate the next cell over is murdered. After learning that the murder is one of several meant to control the prison population, Conroy himself becomes a target. Now he must escape prison and run for his life.
