In this animated tale narrated by Leslie Nielsen, Pumper is a talking fire truck whose squad of firefighters consists of four brave puppies. Although their town of Pawtickle hasn't required their firefighting services in many years, Pumper and the puppies are ready to take action should a fire ever start. In the meantime, they help residents with small rescues, work together as a team and learn how to be respectful while growing up.
