In 1977, this independent documentary shone a light on the world of bodybuilding, unaware that it would launch one man's multimillion-dollar career and forever change the face of bodybuilding and physical fitness. Starring five-time Mr. Olympia winner (and future movie star and governor) Arnold Schwarzenegger, the movie follows the then 28-year-old bodybuilder's progress as he competes for his sixth title.
