Adult film actors-turned-B-movie regulars Richard Bolla aka Robert Kerman and Wade Nichols take top billing in this shameless grind house double bill from sexploitation filmmaker Carter Stevens. In the first film, a kidnapping case leads Det. Dillinger (Nichols) into the heart of the seedy New York underworld. In the second film, the owners of a massage parlor become the victims of their own success when the mob starts targeting them.
