Anonymous phone calls and a case of mistaken identity test a friendship in this engaging film from director Saba Kailash. Best friends Meera (Rekha), a starry-eyed romantic, and Nithya (Kaveri), who's preparing to marry her uncle's son, share an apartment. When handsome Venkat (Nanda) moves into the complex, smitten Meera telephones him regularly and their conversations soon blossom into love -- but Venkat thinks it's Nithya on the other end.
