In order to boost the success of his circus show, Ringmaster Rick makes a deal with the devil to give life to his clown marionette, Chowderhead Charlie. But what will become of Charlie when Rick is mysteriously found dead? As it turns out, Rick's granddaughter, Casey, gets custody of Charlie, but no one bothered to tell her that the dastardly doll is alive … and evil as can be. Will Casey succumb to the same fate as dear old Granddad?
