When Stevie (Cameron Van Hoy), a bored and attention-starved teenager, stumbles on a gun in his house while his mom's out of town, he and his girlfriend (Mischa Barton) impulsively rob a bank. The situation soon spirals out of control as hostages are taken and the FBI gets involved. Burt Reynolds co-stars and Kurt Loder has a cameo in this tense, claustrophobic crime drama, which also manages to be cleverly satirical and surprisingly reflective.
