In the dungeon of an old mansion, scheming Seema (Neelam Mehra) and her bumbling brother, Vikram (Tej Sapru), plot to murder Sunil (Deepak Parashar), the lowborn boyfriend of Seema's niece, Anita (Amita Nangia). But these evildoings are nothing compared to the monstrous spirits lurking in the building.
