This suspenseful thriller pits a veteran government spy, Steven Grave (Ben Gazzara), against a domestic terrorist, James Wright (E.G. Marshall), who wants to unleash biological weapons in the form of nerve gas onto visitors at the Republican Convention in San Diego. Wright benefits from the know-how of an enraged technological bully (Martin Sheen), who's provided him the blueprint for defeating Grave. But the cop is far from ready to surrender. …
