If young Cedrick (Brian Hooks) minds his p's and q's and doesn't throw any rowdy parties in his parents' absence, they've promised to buy him a new Jeep. But Cedrick decides that a barbecue isn't a party, so he puts together a backyard "Q." Before long, every neighborhood loony descends on Cedrick's house to enjoy the eats and the pool, and his dream wheels will remain a fantasy -- unless he can eradicate the evidence.
