Mixing black-and-white and color, this concert film shot during R.E.M.'s 1989 world tour for its album "Green" captures the group in its breakthrough days of popularity and impact on American music. An eccentric performer, singer Michael Stipe leads R.E.M. through such songs as "Stand," "The One I Love," "Turn You Inside Out," "World Leader Pretend," "Get Up," "It's the End of the World As We Know It," "Pop Song 89" and "Fall on Me."
