Set during China's Qing Dynasty, this martial arts movie follows Ma Chui Kau, a commissioner assigned to arrest the notorious bandit Hsiung-Wu. But instead of capturing the deadly criminal, Ma Chui Kau becomes Hsiung-Wu's prisoner and must escape. Starring Ming-tsai Wu, Jackie Chan's kung fu master, and world Tae Kwon Do champion Tiger Yang, this action movie features plenty of exciting fight scenes.
