Raiders of Leyte Gulf

Set in the Philippines against the backdrop of World War II, this film recounts the story of a U.S. intelligence officer (Jennings Sturgeon) who's captured and tortured by Japanese soldiers occupying the small island of Sundao. The prisoner keeps quiet despite his captors' threats of executing innocent Filipinos. Meanwhile, rebel forces mount an offensive against the occupying Japanese in an effort to free the captured soldier.
