Eccentric but brilliant Michael Raines (Jeff Goldblum) is an Los Angeles cop who can imagine detailed conversations with dead crime victims. Some of Raines's co-workers see only madness in his method, but his strange strategy seems to work. The imaginary discussions prove an essential puzzle piece in all the cases Raines solves. This quirky drama also stars Matt Craven, Luis Guzmán and Nicole Sullivan.
