After a triumph of spin doctoring, rising public relations executive Alicia Brayman (Elizabeth Berkley) enjoys herself at a company party and decides to go home with an attractive male admirer named Kyle (Joel Wyner). But the evening turns into a nightmare when a knife-wielding woman barges in, and Alicia fatally wounds her. Kyle offers to help cover up the incident, but Alicia fears he's not to be trusted.
