Prankster T.J. Detweiler and his Third Street School pals star in their first feature film. School is out, and T.J. has been left behind as the rest of the gang heads to summer camp. Meanwhile, T.J. stumbles upon a fiendish plan hatched by the evil Dr. Benedict (voiced by James Woods). It seems the diabolical doctor is plotting to start a new ice age and stop summer vacations forever!
