When cold-blooded killer Hugo (Jean-Marc Barr) finds a scared and vulnerable 12-year-old (Alexandra Negrão) using his car as a hideout, he begins to wonder whether this young girl might be the answer to the redemption he's been seeking for so long. Taking her under his wing, Hugo embarks on a transformation, only to have it interrupted by the girl's cruel mother (Frances Barber), who's been searching for her lost daughter.
