After wealthy businessman Neil (Aaftab Shivdasani) receives a heart transplant that saves his life, he hastens to track down the heart donor's widow, Anahita (Celina Jaitley), to express his gratitude. The two soon fall in love, and as the action unfolds in this romantic Hindi thriller, dark secrets emerge from the shadows. It seems Anahita's husband had been having an affair before he died, and his death may not have been accidental.
