This corny, off-the-wall indie is so goofy you gotta love it! Sean (Devon Roy-Brown) is a 13-year-old junior high school kid who's also a secret agent for the CYA, a covert military branch. The CYA sends the wunderkind on a James Bond-like mission to the fictional Central American country of Murkinagua … where he faces his evil nemesis, Dr. Heimlich Manure (Marcus van Bavel).
