Tough Los Angeles cop John Sato (kickboxing champion Don "The Dragon" Wilson) is fired from his elite SWAT team after the accidental death of a fellow officer. Unemployed and desperate, Sato descends to the depths of society and becomes involved in a high-stakes underworld crime caper. Soon, he must choose between going into a life of crime or redeeming himself by returning to a moral life.
