Hoping to break into showbiz, aspiring actors Holly and Calvin move from Iowa to New York. When Holly's aunt dies unexpectedly, the two scheme to keep her rent-controlled apartment -- without the landlord wising up. Starring Melissa Joan Hart ("Sabrina, the Teenage Witch"), Ryan Browning and Carmen Electra, this lighthearted comedy follows the high jinks of the young couple as they struggle to find their way in the Big Apple.
