While visiting her grandmother in Newfoundland, 12-year-old Katie Penhallow (Juliana Wimbles) crosses paths with the ghosts of two French pilots who perished making a transatlantic flight a fortnight before Charles Lindbergh. Still reeling from her aviator father's death in a plane crash, Katie finds new purpose helping the specters recover their aircraft so they can complete their ill-fated flight and finally rest in peace. Marsha Mason costars.
