As Halloweentown prepares to celebrate its 1,000th anniversary, Marnie Piper (Sara Paxton) and her brother Dylan (Joey Zimmerman) return to Witch University, where trouble is in session from the Sinister Sisters (Katie Cockrell, Kellie Cockrell and Kristy Wu) and from someone who's plotting to use Marnie's powers for evil. Debbie Reynolds returns as Marnie and Dylan's grandmother Aggie in this mystery-filled sequel.
