Constantly pestered by her mother (Krystyna Janda) and grandmother (Anna Polony), introverted Sabina (Agata Buzek) searches for a suitable husband to no avail. But when handsome Bronislaw (Marcin Dorocinski) enters the picture, Sabina falls madly in love with him, which leads to a host of unforeseen problems. Set in 1950s Warsaw, this stylish Polish drama showcases strong female characters with unique and compelling personalities.
