When his pampered wife (Kathryn Hays) refuses to accompany him out West, Jonas Trapp (Chuck Connors) decides to go it alone. At first, his plans to strike it rich in the buffalo hunting business yield big results -- and a $17,000 bankroll. But when he's robbed by a trio of ruthless thieves (Claude Akins, Michael Rennie and Bill Bixby of "The Incredible Hulk") who steal his earnings and leave him with nothing, he vows to bring them to justice.
