In this riveting documentary, capital-punishment crusader Robert Blecker -- while on a research trip to a Tennessee -- meets and befriends Daryl Holton, an unrepentant death-row inmate who murdered his four children in 1997. During the 18 months leading up to Holton's execution, an unlikely bond forms between Blecker and Holton as they explore issues of justice, forgiveness, redemption and the ethics of the death penalty.
