With King Richard (voiced by Peter Ustinov) off to the Crusades, Prince John (Phil Harris) and his slithering minion, Sir Hiss (Terry Thomas), set about taxing Nottingham's citizens with support from the corrupt sheriff (Pat Buttram) -- and staunch opposition by the wily Robin Hood (Brian Bedford) and his band of merry men. Wolfgang Reitherman directs this all-animal Disney adaptation of the classic English folk tale.
