American couple Chuck and Trixie Hoskins are the newest owners -- and residents -- of the famed Vancouver apartment building in Season 3 of this sitcom. Starting with a meet-and-greet to ingratiate themselves to their new neighbors, Chuck and Trixie start out innocuously enough, until they slowly reveal their true motives. Guest stars include Joe Flaherty, Patrick McKenna, Linda Kash and Gavin Crawford.
