Faded movie star Lee Winters (Jane Fonda) takes over the reins at her husband's multimillion-dollar petrochemical company after he's inexplicably murdered in this gripping cautionary tale from director Alan J. Pakula. With the corporation in financial trouble, Lee turns to banker Hubbell Smith (Kris Kristofferson) for help. But in the process of trying to save the business, they uncover a plot to sabotage the West's economy.
