In Rossini's world-famous operatic comedy, an amusing mélange of gags and guffaws ensues when the village barber is put in charge of aristocratic matchmaking. If that's not enough, Count Almaviva is convinced that the only way to win over his true love is to seduce her while pretending to be somebody else. Gabriele Ferro conducts the Stuttgart Radio Symphony Orchestra in a performance starring Cecilia Bartoli, David Kuebler and Gino Quilico.
