Haunted by the memories of a horrific crash a year earlier, disgraced airman Mike Hogan (Eric Roberts) is assisting in the cockpit on a routine trans-Atlantic flight when a freak accident knocks the pilot unconscious, forcing Mike to take control of the craft. Heading into a violent thunderstorm, Mike will have to face his demons if he's to guide the plane to safety and save the lives of the passengers depending on him.
