When Buz Murdock (George Maharis) vacates the shotgun seat of the famed powder-blue Corvette, Vietnam vet Lincoln Case (Glenn Corbett) steps in to join Yale grad Tod Stiles (Martin Milner) on his winding cross-country road trip in the third season of the classic early-1960s series. The boys encounter numerous adventures with such guest stars as James Whitmore, Harvey Korman, Robert Duvall, Dick York, Gene Hackman, Rip Torn, Alan Alda and others.
